Therapeutic Case Manager

Help Young People Build Stability, Confidence, and Hope

Second Story equips youth and their families with the tools, housing, and communities of support needed to achieve lasting self-sufficiency.  We step in during critical moments, helping young people move from crisis to stability and from instability to independence.  One of the cornerstones of serving that mission is a portfolio of residential programs serving teens and young adults with crisis intervention, housing assistance, case management, and supportive services to establish stability and provide wraparound support.

  • Assist with conducting family sessions at the Teens in Crisis program.
  • Support youth engagement initiatives and advocate for client needs
